Responsibilities
Champion guest service by consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Partner with leagues by developing and maintaining good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhering to league formats, distributing league announcements, and performing other administrative duties.
Assemble an all‑star team by assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
Lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
Drive food & beverage sales by overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction, and providing ongoing training and supervision.
Remain flexible to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
Desired Skills
HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
A commitment to great guest service
1‑2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
Solid communication skills
Strong team player and people developer
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Work Environment / Physical Demands Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
