Overview We’re hiring a senior Campaign Strategist to own demand generation for two of our most strategic growth areas: Data and Analytics and Agentic AI. This role is designed for a marketer who blends strategic thinking with strong execution and knows how to turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling campaigns that drive pipeline and sales momentum.

As the Campaign Strategist, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to product launches, sales priorities, and key buyer personas across the multifamily market. You’ll be responsible for translating product narratives into campaign themes, orchestrating activation across paid and owned channels, and continuously optimizing performance using data and insights.

This role sits at the center of Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams. Success requires strong cross-functional alignment, clear communication, and the ability to balance creativity with rigor and accountability.

Responsibilities

Own integrated campaign strategy and execution for Data and Analytics and Agentic AI product lines, with a focus on pipeline creation and deal acceleration.

Design full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns aligned to personas, verticals, and stages of the buyer journey across paid media, email, web, events, outbound SDR support, and content syndication.

Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning and narratives into clear value propositions, campaign themes, and audience‑specific messaging.

Develop campaign messaging frameworks, content outlines, nurture cadences, and creative briefs that guide execution across channels and teams.

Collaborate with SEO, web, paid media, creative, and marketing operations teams to activate campaigns consistently across all touchpoints.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results and insights to stakeholders.

Align with Sales leaders and SDR teams to ensure campaign readiness, clear handoffs, and effective feedback loops that improve conversion.

Own campaign planning, prioritization, and budget management for assigned product areas.

Stay current on evolving demand generation best practices, AI-driven marketing tools, and emerging content formats.

Act as a strategic thought partner to Product Marketing and Sales, contributing ideas that improve scale, efficiency, and impact.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaign strategy roles

Proven experience owning and executing full-funnel campaigns that combine content, digital channels, and outbound motions

Track record of accountability for pipeline performance and campaign optimization

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot

Strong command of campaign measurement, attribution, A/B testing, and performance reporting

Plus

Experience marketing AI‑enabled products or emerging technology solutions

Background in multifamily, real estate technology, or adjacent B2B verticals

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Strategic, persona‑driven marketer with a strong understanding of integrated campaign design

Clear and confident communicator who can align cross‑functional partners and report results in business terms

Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to develop campaign themes, nurture flows, and audience‑specific narratives

Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation, experimentation, and modern marketing approaches, including AI and automation

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable driving clarity in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment

Physical Demands and Working Conditions This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work effectively in a home‑office environment with occasional travel as needed.
