Overview As a

Supply Chain Associate

with Sentara, you will lead, manage, transform, and develop the inventory and logistics of Hospital Warehouse Docks. Responsibilities include supply inventory management, warehouse management, product receiving, shipping, record keeping, order fulfillment, and material transportation. You will manage supplies entering the hospital, build a competitive inventory and logistics infrastructure, optimize logistics and record‑keeping, facilitate cycle counts, measure inventory, and pursue continuous improvement. Additionally, you will provide data and information to superiors to facilitate decision‑making with ground‑level insights on a periodic or ad‑hoc basis in accordance with Sentara Health priorities.

Qualifications Education:

High School Grad or Equivalent

Certification/Licensure:

No specific certification or licensure required

Experience:

1 year experience as a materials associate

About Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 525‑bed tertiary care facility that hosts the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads, and also serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
