Join GCX as an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) covering the Austin, TX territory.
Base Pay $95,000 – $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and build relationships with IT, biomed, nursing, clinician, administrative and supply‑chain personnel in hospitals.
Conduct field assessments, demos and prospecting to meet sales targets.
Coordinate and execute customer training, technical support and installations.
Plan and organize territory coverage using CRM and SalesLoft to track objectives.
Collaborate with VPs, Directors and RSMs to prioritize customers, meetings and events.
Maintain equipment, advertising and promotional materials in an organized manner.
Provide accurate sales presentations and respond to objections.
Monitor industry, technology and sales trends for forecasting and knowledge growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, communications, or a health‑related field.
Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience.
Basic understanding of healthcare or IT preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication.
Relationship building and negotiation.
Problem‑solving and self‑motivation.
Technical proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and prospecting software.
Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel by air, and ability to lift 75 lbs.
