Project Executive
to join their growing Houston-based team. Founded in the mid-2000s, this organization has expanded to nearly
1,000 skilled employees

commercial, industrial, multifamily, government, and mission-critical
electrical projects valued up to
$250 million .
With a reputation for safety, integrity, and performance, this firm partners with leading general contractors and owners to deliver complex electrical systems for some of the most high-profile facilities in the country.
Position Overview The
Project Executive
will provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight on major data center and mission-critical electrical projects. This role requires a seasoned professional who combines strong technical acumen with proven client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering large-scale, high-reliability electrical projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee large-scale electrical projects from preconstruction through turnover.
Manage project execution across multiple concurrent jobs, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
Partner with general contractors, engineers, and owners to develop project strategies, budgets, and execution plans.
Provide executive-level oversight to project managers, superintendents, and field leadership teams.
Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Support estimating, prefabrication, and business development efforts to drive company growth.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams and project sites.
Qualifications
10+ years of electrical construction experience.
Proven success managing large-scale projects exceeding $30M+ in value.
Strong understanding of design-build and design-assist project delivery.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities across project teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with industry software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, MS Project).
Base salary of $190,000 - $240,000.
Bonuses at 20%-30% of your base salary.
Profit sharing.
