Job Duties and Responsibilities
Seating and taking accurate food orders from guests.
Monitoring food distribution, ensuring correct delivery and presentation.
Checking station before, during, and after shifts for set‑up and cleanliness.
Abiding by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
Familiarity with all menu items, preparation, and service procedure.
Totalling checks, presenting them to guests, and accepting payment.
Assisting with bussing tables.
Performing various other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Minimum of high school education; post‑high school education preferred.
At least one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Team player.
Ability to multi‑task.
Effective verbal communication.
Exceeded expectations of guests and team members.
Operate available equipment such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
Work flexible hours and shifts.
