JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff
Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
Oversee food and beverage operations at the hotel; Trailhead Social services daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service and the occasional banquet
