Schedule Part‑time; days and hours may vary.
Pay $12.00 per hour (fixed rate)
Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Essential Functions
Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment and utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
Follow proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role is preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is required.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
