Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one‑on‑one in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism.
Implement behavioral plans developed by a BCBA/LBA.
Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor client progress.
Maintain detailed session notes and records.
Collaborate with the therapy team (BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians).
Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs.
Communicate clearly and effectively with families and supervisors.
Job Requirements
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least 1 year working with children or in a related field.
Related roles include: Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher/Assistant, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Autism Aide, ABA Therapist, Childcare Specialist, Daycare Worker, Direct Care Worker, etc.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws.
Work Schedule Part‑time: 15–30 hours per week.
Must be available after school hours and/or weekends.
Most sessions begin after 3:00 PM.
Immediate start available in Oceanside 4–7 PM.
Immediate start available in Corona 4–7 PM.
Immediate start available in Crown Heights 3–9 PM.
