Key Responsibilities
Calibrate UT equipment and take wall‑thickness measurements using ultrasonic testing.
Record data on the Win XL data program and separate non‑conforming parts from conforming parts.
Mark product with data point locations and operate the foot pedal to store data in software.
Review data for out‑of‑tolerance readings and clean product after testing is complete.
Move product to subsequent routed operations, ensuring accurate documentation for engineering.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Complete 24 hours of classroom training and 275 hours of on‑the‑job training. Pass general, specific, and practical certification exams.
Read and interpret documents written in English, including safety rules and part‑specific work instructions.
Perform physical tasks: sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger or handle, reach with hands and arms, lift or move up to 30 pounds.
Maintain visual acuity of at least Snellen 20/25 in one eye (corrected or uncorrected).
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience within the last 1–3 months.
Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.

Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical and Reasoning Skills

Apply commonsense judgment to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
Make decisions based on all available information and solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands
Regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally talk or hear; lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Maintain the required visual abilities for the job.
Work Environment
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, requiring eye, foot, and hearing protection.
Occasional exposure to fumes; negligible risk of radiation.
Noise level is usually quiet.
