As an Associate on the Business Intelligence Strategy team, you will support a portfolio of revenue-growth focused business intelligence initiatives, develop trusted partnerships with Commercial Banking senior leaders, and collaborate closely with a diverse set of internal and external partners. Youhave a commercial mind-set, the ability to understand and leverage data assets, and develop actionable business plans and go-to-market strategies for senior business leaders. The Strategy & Analytics team is a revenue growth focused team, with the mandate to use data-driven and advanced analytical approaches to identify, prioritize and accelerate high-value revenue growth opportunities for the Commercial Bank (CB). The team will leverage existing and new data sets, both JPMC-proprietary and third party market research, to identify the best opportunities forCB to profitably add new clients and deepen existing relationships, thereby increasing penetration of total addressable market (TAM). Job responsibilities

Work on a portfolio of revenue-growth focusedstrategy & advanced analytics initiatives, leading to actionable insights for senior business leaders to take forward, and maximize penetration of total addressable market (TAM) Develop defensible business cases and ROI models, to prioritize opportunity set and optimize financial outcomes Conduct market research, data aggregation and analyses towards industry-leading data sets and analytical approaches Direct strategic thinking and approach, guiding teams with the most complex aspects of problem solving Craft clear and coherent narratives, leveraging creative data visualization and compelling story-telling, to enable opportunity prioritization, idea convergence, insight operationalization and stakeholder buy-in Influence strategic agenda by being an objective, data-driven thought partner and advisor to senior leaders Direct initiatives, priorities, and demand; mobilize teams with the right mix of skills, experience, and backgrounds for each initiative Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experiencefocused on strategic data-drivenadvanced analytics efforts Experience with data-driven approaches to growing business revenue leading to higher penetration of total addressable market (TAM) Experience managing work streams Fluency with large data sets, advanced analytical tools and problem-solving approaches, as well as the ability to think through abstract issues / problem sets Exceptionally strong stakeholder management, influencing and executive-level communication skills Experience in data visualization (Tableau, Qlik), data analysis (SQL, PySpark, Alteryx), data modelling Programming skills in Python Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Financial services industry experience with exposure to B2B banking and revenue growth acceleration Experience ina leading management consulting firm Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Engineering or related fields Advanced business analytics and/or MBA degree from a top-tier program Proficient understanding and application of fundamental AI and ML techniques (e.g., NLP, time series, supervised learning)
