Responsibilities
Lead daily maintenance operations and assign work tasks to the team.
Perform advanced repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and complex repair projects.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering professional growth.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with all codes and policies.
Qualifications
2+ years of advanced property maintenance experience.
Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
HVAC and EPA Universal Certification required.
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
Valid driver’s license.
