Opportunity We are expanding and looking for a proactive, experienced Service Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and lead our on‑site service team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day maintenance tasks, assigning work orders and ensuring timely, high‑quality completion.
Team Supervision: Manage and mentor the on‑site maintenance team, fostering a positive, professional, and efficient working environment.
Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting) are well‑maintained and fully operational.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, parts orders, and vendor coordination.
Staff Scheduling & Hiring: Manage shift schedules, recruit new maintenance personnel as needed, and support training and onboarding efforts.
Resident Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents regarding service timelines and updates.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of hands‑on experience in property maintenance including HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and appliance repair.
5+ years of supervisory experience leading maintenance teams.
EPA/HVAC Universal Certification strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Onesite, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and a high level of integrity.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and customer service focus.
