Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Oversee the efficient repair and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, minimizing production downtime.
Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and external service contracts.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems within maintenance operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Strategically plan and execute capital projects related to facility and equipment upgrades or installations.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems common to manufacturing.
Demonstrated proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Proven ability to implement and manage preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency with CMMS software, including implementation or optimization experience.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
