Position Overview The
Project Support Coordinator
provides project specific support and management for material management and control of all materials/tools provided by our district yard and the projects the yard supports. You will be supporting critical construction projects through efficient inventory management and system support throughout multiple project lifecycles. The role is a unique blend of hands‑on fieldwork, system proficiency and collaboration with internal and external project and construction teams nationwide over multiple districts. This position is primarily focused in the power sector and will be offering support to Simple Cycle/Combine Cycle and Solar projects.

Responsibilities
Promote a safety‑first mentality and culture.
Support and fulfill tooling requests for multiple construction projects
Assign and track inventory through our rental software system.
Assist in the completion of project mobilization and/or demobilization effort.
Train project teams on how to use and navigate our rental software
Act as the POC and subject matter expert to the projects of district yard operations.
Work directly with jobsite, project leaders, vendors and support staff.
Generate inventory control and cost tracking reports.
Provide updates to project teams on equipment status and transfers.
Travel to jobsites as needed to provide onsite training, system support and inventory control.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost‑effective sourcing and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
OR
minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial construction related role
Possess the ability to track equipment, materials, trends, and forecasts
Ability to utilize reporting skills including monitoring progress curves, developing material and equipment status reports
Demonstrate the ability to manage and maintain advanced material handling software and databases- Power BI and reporting knowledge.
Understanding of procurement and vendor management.
Capable of navigating active jobsite environments.
