Summary The General Affairs Specialist will support expatriation and immigration services for employees as needed. The GA Specialist will also provide administrative support including managing shared goods services through internal and external systems, while managing other GA related programs.
Responsibilities
Support benefits for expatriates such as housing, vehicle, insurance, phone, etc.
Manage company benefits such as pool car and mobile phone program
Manage shared goods and services – office supply order and management
Support general administrative tasks, including electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrations
Expatriate visa renewal support
Receive / route mail and order business cards
Support HR & GA with administrative and project‑related tasks and other duties as assigned
Maintain cleanliness at the work‑site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience
1 to 3+ years of Corporate Affairs or HR related experience
Skills
Administrative experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Experience with ADP & SAP & CAD software and benefits systems is preferred
Strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support areas of responsibility
