Oversees the general cleaning of all assigned buildings. Supervises assigned Campus Service Workers and Lead workers. Responsible for shift staffing and ensures completion and quality of assignments and tasks. Responsibilities
Reports and takes direction from Associate Director of Facilities or from Assistant Director of Facilities when Associate Director is off. Maintains inventory records; prepares reports concerning operations. Will perform an on‑call rotation with CSW leads, frequency depending on staff amount. Ensures facilities are kept clean and presentable. Gives daily reports to upper management of work orders and repair projects. Ensures maximum effective use of time, labor, and materials. Reviews operational problems and determines corrective actions. Prepares estimates of time, labor, and materials; fills out paperwork for materials purchased with Marshall Marketplace, ensures projects adhere to time and cost estimates. Prepares requisitions and obtains materials needed to complete assigned projects; ensures cost‑effective use of materials allocated. Prepares data and maintains budget for operations. Makes recommendations regarding selection and procurement of supplies and equipment. Coordinates and supervises training programs. Responsible for performing performance reviews. Responsible for disciplinary actions for all CSW employees. Responsible for approving time worked and leave requests in TCP. Responsible for scheduling summer work schedules to ensure all buildings are cleaned before and after summer conferences. Plans, assigns, and reviews work of all assigned staff including campus service worker leads. Prepares work schedules and assigns employees and CSW leads to work areas. Interviews and assists in selection of new employees. Performs all other job‑related duties as assigned. Seniority Level
