Description Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of tactical IP and 5G networking systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in advanced networking technologies and strong product‑management capabilities to drive innovation, define product strategies, and deliver solutions that meet mission‑critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Product roadmap development: Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market needs.

Feature definition: Translate customer requirements and market trends into clear, prioritized product features.

Business case analysis: Develop and present business cases to support investment decisions and product initiatives.

Product requirement documents (PRDs): Author detailed PRDs that capture technical specifications, functional requirements, and performance metrics.

Lifecycle management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end‑of‑life, ensuring successful launches and sustained growth.

Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.

Market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Required Technical Expertise

IP networking: Deep understanding of IP architecture, protocols, and network design.

IP routing protocols: Hands‑on knowledge of protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.

5G core networks: Experience with 5G core functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, and network slicing.

5G RAN: Familiarity with radio access network technologies, including gNodeB and related interfaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

Proven track record as a Product Manager in networking or telecommunications domains.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
