By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**At least 5 years experience in Integration for large Mobile Telecom Service Provider with strong hands-on integration skills in the following:

• Strong Background on Packet Switch Core & Backend (SGSN/MME/AMF, GGSN/S-GW/P-GW/SMF/UPF, PCRF/PCF, APN DNS, NSSF, NRF, Firewall, DNS Cache), and knowledgeable on other nodes such as Wireless Core & Access (i.e. MSS, HSS, STP, IMS, BTS, BSC, eNode B, Node B, etc), Backend Service-Enabling Platforms (i.e. IN, OCS, SMSC, MMSC, OCMM, other VAS elements), Wireline Core & Access (i.e. AAA, BNG, MSAN, etc), Transport, IP Core & RAN

• Working knowledge of Telecom resources, services and E2E flows involved in enabling telecom resources and services

• With experience in Telecom technologies such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, 3G, LTE, 5G NSA and SA. and familiar with Broadband and VoWifi.

• Knowledgeable in GSM/3GPP, Charging, VoIP, Radius, PPP, IP and other general protocols.

• Knowledgeable in UNIX/Linux Systems, Open VMS & Network administration.•

Service Integration Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and integration of Wireline and Wireless services (Voice, SMS, Data) in all technologies (2G, 3G, LTE, 5G NSA & SA). This role involves managing the integration of multiple internal and external network nodes such as Core and Access for CS, PS and Wireline, driving cohesive service design and transition, and maintaining consistent service levels.



Assesses and Highlights Inter-Project Dependency and factors these into the end-to-end Service Delivery Implementation Plan



Leads, Manages and Orchestrates the end-to-end integration and implementation of projects across domains during network activities such as IOT, inter-discipline coordination, troubleshooting and integration analysis



Collaborates with Service Planning and Engineering Domains and Non-Technical teams for the realization of end-to-end Service Integration, Implementation and Delivery for both Testbed and Production Environments



Consultant in preparing timelines or schedule for implementation of planned change activities across domains.



Validates, executes and endorses Network Designs and Plans based on the approved HLD and iLLD, recommending improvements where necessary.



Cascade the Integration Plans and oversee the end-to-end deployment



Ensures alignment across different domains for readiness of service acceptance and delivery



Provide inputs to System Acceptance Plan (i.e. Integrated System Acceptance Test) based on the approved HLD and LLD based on an E2E service perspective



Consultant in designing and planning of new services, nodes and integration



Ensure timely updates and information cascade to Stakeholders (i.e. Project Manager) to manage expectations



Manages and Leads E2E service troubleshooting on testbed environment



Accountable to deliver Service Integration commitments on projects



Accountable in ensuring logical integration of all Testbeds.



Consultant and validates the compatibility/interoperability of NTG elements towards other NTG elements or non-NTG elements.



Manage and approve integrating trial plans (POC) of new adopted technologies in the test bed.



Ensure and implement Service Integration Policies



Act as the central point of contact for service providers, managing relationships, contracts, and performance.**Equal Opportunity Employer**
