Position Summary This entry‑level position reports to the Flight Operations Manager and interacts with the Director Flight Operations, Director of Operations, the Chief Pilot, station leads, the Director of Maintenance, and Finance. The primary responsibilities include day‑to‑day flight following and logistics of aircraft, security, personnel and costs. Strong communication skills are required, and the successful candidate must embody the company’s values and culture while working with flight crews in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable in flight following, logistical support and make time‑dependent decisions concerning safety, security, personnel, and costs.
Know FAA Regulations, the Company’s GOM, Ops Specs, and other relevant documents.
Proactively monitor weather, air traffic control status and any schedule interruptions to client services.
Obtain, monitor, track, and disseminate operational restrictions such as NOTAMs, noise restrictions, FBO hours, and airport capabilities.
Enter post‑flight information into reporting systems and initiate safety reports into the SMS as required.
Ensure crews are briefed or re‑briefed in accordance with the Approved Operations Manual, Company Policies, FAA Regulations, and department guidelines.
Ensure required trip sheets and other documents are sent to and received by appropriate company personnel.
Maintain passenger safety and aircraft safety.
Maintain department records for accurate reporting, currency, and accounting.
Communicate passenger requirements to the flight crew.
Maintain close liaison with flight crew and maintenance pre‑flight and post‑flight.
Monitor crew duty and flight time for compliance.
Monitor crew qualifications and aircraft maintenance compliance.
Ensure crew and aircraft assignments are current and up‑to‑date.
Provide computerized flight plans and weather/NOTAM packages upon request.

No set schedule; must be able to work shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and be available 24/7 on‑call.
Pay $50,000 / yr
Travel Some travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment
Professional environment; may include indoor office work, exposure to all weather conditions, and direct contact with moving and non‑moving aircraft.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Possible exposure to hazardous noise, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications
Entry level (no required experience).
Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (not required).
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Airline industry or operational experience preferred.
Reliable, self‑motivated, positive attitude.
Can multi‑task efficiently to meet deadlines.
Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
PC proficient with Microsoft Office and general internet applications.
Ability to work any shift, evenings/night, weekends, holidays as needed.
English reading, writing, speaking proficiency.
Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work.
Minimal physical exertion (pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, light lifting up to 30 lbs.).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Acceptable driving record.
Pass background check.
Zero tolerance drug‑free company.
Comply with DOT Published Rule 49 CFR Part 40.
Obtain TS clearance if required.
