Associate Business Development Manager – Albertsons Join Wells Enterprises as an Associate Business Development Manager for Albertsons. You will help achieve sales and trade spending objectives to support strategic growth and assist the Team Lead and Senior Business Development Manager with the Albertsons account.

Responsibilities

Account Ownership – Albertsons

Promo Validation/Analysis

Post‑promo Analysis for Kroger meetings

Optimize promotional strategies (price points, items, timing, frequency)

CPI Support

Price Tracking and Price Advance Support

OOS/Scan Monitoring

Post‑Audit research

Case projections for display ordering

Data for Sales Finance to reconcile deductions

Annual Planning / CPT Management / Forecast/ Trade

Deductions/Claims Reconciliation

Shopper / Ecomm Partnership

Ordering Samples

PO Tracking

Ferrero/Ferrera Partnership

Business Planning Meetings (e.g., Top Tier, Fast Start)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (required)

Minimum of 2 years account selling experience with a CPG company

Presentation and strong influential communication skills

Problem solving and analytical skills

High level of interpersonal skills to foster and develop relationships for future growth

Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment

The base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $131,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
