ATI Facilities Coordinator – Lead Position
Join ATI, a leader in technology research and development, as a Lead Facilities Coordinator. This full‑time, 100% onsite role supports the Facilities and Administrative Manager by managing daily operations, work orders, vendor relations, and space planning. The position requires physical presence Monday‑Friday during business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Oversees day‑to‑day facility operations at headquarters and satellite locations, setting priorities and monitoring progress.
Manages supplies inventory, shipping, receiving, and chain‑of‑custody.
Tracks and reports facility‑related work orders and service requests.
Supports the Facility Management Plan, maintenance schedules, vendor records, and recurring building issues.
Coordinates space planning, office moves, furniture installations, and equipment placement.
Assists with emergency management procedures and safety documentation.
Maintains seating charts, personnel locators, and apparel distribution records.
Leads small‑scale moves and workspace resets, administers administrative support for large moves.
Liaises with internal departments to streamline processes.
Coordinates logistics for training sessions, internal meetings, and conference center reservations.
Supports office renovations and projects as directed.
Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; generates metrics reports on work orders and space utilization.
Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma plus five years of related experience
Experience leading daily activities of others
Facilities operations or building management experience
Independent, punctual commutes across locations
Capacity for physical tasks related to workspace setup
Detail‑oriented; follows procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can multitask and prioritize
Willingness to learn new systems and improve processes
Consistent adherence to safety protocols
Proactive customer‑service mindset
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident, or approved asylum status
Undergoes background check; conviction considerations documented
Physical Requirements The role requires frequent walking, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, prolonged sitting, moving furniture, and reorganizing storage closets. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, use office equipment, and work in an air‑conditioned environment. Reasonable accommodations are available.
