Job Description We’re seeking a Project Coordinator ready to be on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role regularly communicates with field and safety professionals to ensure proper flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation.
Assist in work order processing and proposal preparation.
Support bid presentations, change orders, submittals, and RFI/RFD document processing.
Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
Provide coordination and administrative support for project managers, including tracking schedules, setting up meetings, and organizing travel and catering.

You are flexible and able to adjust to changing situations.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

Licensure/Certifications:
