Project Coordinator – Data Center
Posting Title: Project Coordinator – Data Center. Reports To: Director of Regional Operations, Data Center. Location: Port Washington, Wisconsin. Salary Range: $24.00/hour to $28.84/hour. Beginning pay depends on market location and qualifications. The pay scale is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed in this job description. The Data Center Team: We build mission‑critical data centers throughout the U.S. to ensure crucial information accessed by millions of people is always available and secure. For decades, CEI is a leading provider of design, installation and commissioning of 20M square feet of data center space totaling over 4 GW of electrical systems—including infrastructure built to support AI‑driven technologies.
About the Role
Front‑line project support, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams.
Communicate with field and safety professionals to ensure proper flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation.
Assist in WO processing and proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, and RFI & RFD document processing.
Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
Coordinate and provide administrative support for project managers including tracking schedule, setting up meetings and organizing travel and catering.
Job Complexity and Supervision Skill: Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Supervision: Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure/Certifications: None required.
