Crew Manager
White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and looking for friendly, fun and energetic leaders. Previous food service or management experience is required. As a Crew Manager you’ll be part of a Certified Great Place to Work® where you’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service and satisfaction, motivate and lead the team, operate the cash register and drive‑thru, prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and work the fryer/griddle and more.

Operate the cash register and drive‑thru.
Prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and work the fryer/griddle.
Requirements
Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
1+ years of food service or management experience.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30‑50 lbs repeatedly.
Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
Compensation Competitive weekly pay starting at the minimum hourly rate listed in this posting with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience. Annual Holiday Bonus (dependent on company financials).
