THE ROLE As a Warehouse Procurement Specialist, you will collaborate with Field Operations, Scheduling, Onboarding, and Logistics to plan, manage, and purchase goods that keep the organization running smoothly. You will forecast part needs, support inventory management, schedule shipments, and coordinate packaging and cycle counts.
Responsibilities
Carry materials and tools around the shop for picking, packing, and storage
Pick and pack install and service call bags and replenish tech lead van stock
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop storage racks
Oversee procurement communication with parties outside the warehouse
Join and contribute on calls with manufacturers and vendors
Utilize tracking mechanisms to ensure the correct quantity of products are built and ready for the field
Build products as needed
Evaluate spending mechanisms, identify suppliers, and analyze procurement data
Qualifications & Preferences
Proficient with hand tools and ladders
Experience building products with high‑quality workmanship
Willing and able to work overtime when necessary
Can work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
Strong communication skills across all levels
Ability to identify and implement process‑improvement mechanisms and document standard work
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills
Requirements
2+ years of inventory‑related or equivalent experience
High School diploma or GED
