Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the installation of various hardscape features, including paver patios, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens
Perform and enforce high standards of quality control across all job sites
Manage daily project operations, including labor allocation, equipment use, and material deliveries
Ensure all work is completed to company standards and industry best practices
Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and layout designs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times
Report progress, issues, and material needs to the project manager or company leadership
Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Motivate and mentor crew members while maintaining a productive work environment
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in hardscape installation and site supervision
Deep knowledge of installing pavers, segmental retaining walls, natural stone, drainage solutions, and other hardscape elements
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-tier workmanship
Ability to read and execute construction plans and layouts
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Clean, professional appearance with a strong work ethic and integrity
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
No formal education required; practical experience and leadership are key
Valid driver's license preferred
