Project Manager – New Product Development

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead new product development initiatives. This role is key to ensuring cross‑departmental communication, effective timeline management, and resource prioritization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a passion for driving innovation from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead new product development projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain project timelines, communicating changes and ensuring milestones are met.
Facilitate communication between engineering, production, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess and allocate resources effectively based on project needs and priorities.
Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or setbacks.
Prepare regular project updates, tracking progress, challenges, and resolutions for key stakeholders.
Implement best practices in project management to drive efficiency, consistency, and successful product launches.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in new product development.
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated success managing projects from concept through production launch.
PMP certification preferred.
