Business Development Manager – LINK Staffing | East Houston LINK Staffing is hiring a

Business Development Manager

to drive new business growth across the

East Houston

market. This is a full‑time, internal role focused on outbound sales, territory expansion, and long‑term client partnerships within light industrial and professional staffing. If you thrive on cold calling, in‑person meetings, and closing deals—and want unlimited earning potential—this role offers real upside and career growth.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through cold calls, field visits, and networking

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

Present and close staffing service agreements and pricing

Act as a consultative partner to clients on workforce needs

Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements

Track sales activity, forecasts, and territory performance

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of business development or sales experience (staffing, industrial, or professional services preferred)

Proven ability to close new business and grow revenue

Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline

Uncapped commission
