Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
