Vital Records Control (VRC) Description
Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate accurately performs the duties outlined below and may operate company equipment and vehicles. While operating equipment, the employee must exercise utmost care and discretion, adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, federal and state transportation laws, and any related company policies or procedures. Responsibilities Barcode and process new boxes Pull access list Refile boxes/files Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations Demonstrate proficiency in operating a picker forklift or other company equipment Before signing out equipment, perform operations and safety checks, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher Proceed safely to assigned area to pull, load, and move boxes Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Make pickups and deliveries Perform vehicle maintenance Assist with other duties as assigned At the end of each day, return equipment to the correct charging station and prepare equipment for daily (overnight) charge

Requirements
Valid drivers license with clean MVR and background check High School Diploma minimum Problem?solving skills to address process issues Physically able to perform labor?intensive tasks daily (continuous lifting of 4050 lb. boxes) Good eye?hand coordination and motor skills Work well under time constraints and productivity requirements Willing to follow established procedures while contributing creative improvement suggestions Willing to perform tasks at significant heights (1214 ft.) Ability to use handheld computer, electric pickers, drive van, and bob truck Flexibility to accept different work hours and assignments Willingness to work overtime Strong customer service background Detail?oriented work style Must be dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment safely and sensibly
