Job Summary Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations and logistics and assist the Director, Facilities with future planning related to Norwegian Creative Studios, Company Housing, and Vehicle Fleet. Act as primary liaison with building landlords, maintenance contractors, property management and service vendors. Track operational budget for studios, housing, and fleet of vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the logistics and daily schedule for the Norwegian Creative Studios, company housing and vehicle fleet for a 24/7 operation: including inspections, code compliance, emergency plans, and SOPs.

Oversee billing and invoices for utilities, services and supplies for studios and company housing.

Be accountable for consumables, maintenance and budgets for Creative Studios and apartments.

Manage corporate gas card for fleet vehicles and ensure proper use by drivers.

Lead the Theatrical Housing Supervisor and subsequent team of Theatrical Facilities Specialists and Housekeepers.

Ensure criminal background checks are completed in compliance with apartment property management requirements.

Collaborate with Rehearsal Production Specialist to schedule usage and maintenance of 11 rehearsal studios and 11 music rooms.

Liaise with the broader Corporate Facilities Team to update insured drivers of fleet vehicles.

Work alongside Production Operations Manager and aerial vendor to ensure aerial rigging is safe and staff are appropriately trained on equipment.

Partner with leadership across departments to expand facilities to suit growing operational needs.

Work hand in hand with casting, operations, production, and costuming to ensure all logistical needs are handled.

Act as point of contact for building security including programming access cards for rotating talent and full-time team.

Oversee NCS Safety Program and provide training and support as needed.

Assist Director, Facilities with all emergency and evacuation planning and will take the lead, if necessary, during an emergency.

Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a managerial role. Working knowledge of managing a large budget and housekeeping department are necessary for the role. Experience with Theatrical Productions or Cruise Line operations is a plus.

Degree Type Associate's Degree

Field(s) of Study Building/Facility Management or a related discipline; Appropriate vocational/technical training and/or experience may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required degree.

Competencies & Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft 365.

Clean, valid and current driver’s license required.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with performers, creative partners, producing partners and NCLH departments.

Must have the ability to work autonomously with little supervision.

Ability to multi-task and shift priorities frequently as needed by business.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Knowledge of basic accounting skills and ability to effectively manage a budget and make decisions based on budget.

Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift) Safety Certification – Class 3 or above is a plus.
