Manager Patient Services

to oversee the renal dialysis unit(s). This full‑time day position will report to Nursing leadership and manage business support operations, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives for the dialysis services.

Job Summary The Manager assumes responsibility for a major or multiple support functions for the renal dialysis unit(s), including planning, implementing, and evaluating processes related to performance improvement, staffing effectiveness, and customer service outcomes. You will collaborate with nursing leadership and other healthcare team members to align unit goals with department and hospital objectives, model customer service excellence, and ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements are met. Responsibilities also include policy development, procedure oversight, workforce management (hires, disciplines, performance appraisals), and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred. If holding a Master’s, it must also be in Nursing.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.

Three or more years of progressive nursing experience.
