Job Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door service department.
Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution.
Review workload and manpower to meet commitments in a cost‑effective manner.
Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to customer satisfaction.
Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front‑line managers to develop improvement action plans.
Improve performance of the field force through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews.
Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred) and a minimum of two years managing personnel; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Strong communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction levels exceed expectations.
Experience reviewing customer survey data and responding to concerns.
Technical aptitude for mechanical systems and applications.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
