Base pay range $99,200.00/yr – $168,900.00/yr
Job Overview This role leads a team of Client Concierge Specialists (CCS) that are essential to serve our high-net-worth clients. The team works closely with the Generations team and branch teams, overseeing workflows and tasks across all project planning phases. Responsibilities include client onboarding, coordinating tasks related to the implementation and execution of clients’ financial/investment plans, delivering ongoing proactive support, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The team leader will support day‑to‑day operations, create and ensure alignment to supervisory policies, standard operating procedures, and risk oversight, and hold the team accountable for exceeding business results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute team objectives and drive team performance (feedback, training & coaching) in support of department and firm objectives.
Partner with Generations senior leaders to design and set key service and operational metrics for the Generations team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch teams and key stakeholders across the firm; work directly through these relationships to support the delivery of the Generations experience.
Conduct periodic reviews of Generations service and operational delivery support, and formulate recommendations and strategies to address branch, client, and Generations team feedback.
Use experience, research, and judgment to plan, make decisions, and accomplish goals; set standards of performance to ensure role accountability.
Monitor, track, and communicate progress through Generations project plans; create clear plans to ensure work is completed efficiently, error-free, and on time.
Lead service and operational issues and risk identification and develop sustainable long‑term solutions to improve the delivery of the overall Generations experience.
Identify, recommend, and prioritize solutions for Generations to enhance processes and/or systems to benefit branches and clients, delivering an elevated HNW client experience.
Partner with EJG Team leaders and other key stakeholders to design solutions to oversee the coordination of deliverables and outcomes across each phase of the Generations financial planning process, serving in the capacity of task identification, tracking, and ownership of the project plan while multitasking firm and team risk.
Partner with Generations senior leaders and key stakeholders across the firm to continue to enhance the Generations delivery service model and enable Client Concierge Specialists to deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating advisor and client needs and positively impacting the client experience with Edward Jones.
Develop and implement frameworks to provide ongoing proactive support through daily monitoring of HNW client accounts and coordinating with the Generations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of service experience.
Series 7 and 66 licenses required, to be obtained within 6 months.
Insurance license preferred.

Previous formal leadership experience.
Experience working with HNW clients and/or delivering a private client service.
Experience with project coordination; CAPM designation.
Financial services designations, such as FPQP, AAMS, CFP, CFA.
Experience working in a collaborative, small team‑oriented environment.
