Responsibilities This role develops, implements and evaluates new training content and alternative methods of training that will provide a 'white glove' experience for new experienced advisors (EA). Develops and rationalizes solutions for training and onboarding working across departments and divisions to create and plan for individual experienced advisors. Leads team through complex experienced advisor transitions to Edward Jones. Responsible to deescalate experienced advisors and guide team to do the same in high‑stress environments. Adjust training and content to include future teaming and non‑organic methods of acquisition for the firm as a whole.
Problem solving that requires exceptional ability to gather the right information, make a swift and accurate assessment of that information, and deliver that decision to key stakeholders with tact and confidence.
Lead, create content and deliver content for projects focused on launching new efforts and initiatives. This could span from new acquisition methods to improvements in the onboarding process for EAs that has a direct impact on EA experience and results which tie to FA Growth and New Assets.
Depth of knowledge of principles and practices in business/financial services industry to ensure EA training content is compliant and relevant. This includes continued knowledge of the Edward Jones financial advisor training process.
Exceptional understanding of the work and responsibilities of the team. Ability to step into role as needed while maintaining leadership responsibilities.
