Overview
CLOC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to support our CEO and broader organizational operations. This role is central to the coordination of strategic initiatives, governance activities, and administrative functions that drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and brings a blend of executive-level support, operational rigor, and collaborative spirit. This is a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities
Executive Administration
Schedule and participate in strategy meetings, ensuring alignment and follow-through Manage master calendar across leadership and organizational priorities Support governance strategy and oversee Board Nominating Committee functions Draft and coordinate board communications and manage logistics for board meetings, including travel and accommodations Draft and edit written documents (i.e., articles, white papers, memos, etc.) Hold weekly planning and alignment meetings with the CEO Manage CEO’s schedule, travel, and meeting logistics, including expense tracking and stakeholder coordination Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience supporting executive leadership, including complex calendar and travel management Prior experience working with boards of directors and governance processes Strong communication skills, including executive-level writing and policy coordination Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism In-house legal team, law firm, or association administrative experience a plus Desired Attributes
