Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Problem Solver / Inventory Control Associate to join our team in Avon, IN. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, including missing, damaged, mis-sorted, or incorrect items, in order to ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will utilize warehouse software and data analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively address inventory discrepancies by investigating order defects, ASIN mismatches, shorted containers, and problematic units using internal systems and root‑cause analysis.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve inventory and process issues efficiently and effectively.
Utilize warehouse software to track inventory movement, conduct audits, and make necessary adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of inventory concerns.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
Prior experience in a warehouse environment or inventory control role is preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
