Job Title: Service Line Manager – Perioperative Services (Robotics/GYN/Urology/Laser) Location: Lexington, KY Grade Level: 12 Salary Range: $30.00–53.67/hour Type of Position: Staff – Full-Time Required Education: BSN Required Related Experience: 2 years Required License/Registration/Certification: Licensed Nurse (RN); Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) at time of hire, or within 1 year of hire Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50–100 pounds daily; stand, walk, and sit for long periods; occasional ( Shift: 8‑ and 12‑hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday). May require on‑call, weekend, and holiday hours per department needs. Job Summary
Primary responsibilities for this role include Robotics/GYN/Urology/Laser UK Healthcare is seeking a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations and assume responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care throughout the service. Carry out the Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values, and the overall strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management, and quality management of perioperative services. This role is responsible for promoting hospital standards and creating a patient‑focused caring environment while addressing and meeting the individual needs of the patient. In addition, foster an environment of collaboration and respect with physicians and all OR staff members. The role will report directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.
