Operations Research Analyst - Journeyman - NAVY COMFRC

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research Analyst who independently performs operations research and analytical modeling in support of readiness, logistics, and sustainment objectives.
Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD Hours: 0800 to 1630, Monday - Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800, Monday - Friday Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen Employment Type: Full-Time Client: U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC)

Key Responsibilities Apply optimization, simulation, and statistical methods Analyze maintenance, supply chain, operational, and cost data Develop analytical models, simulations, and dashboards Support readiness assessments and COA development
Technology & Systems Familiarity DECKPLATE Vector RAMP IPSMS AMSRR OARS AFAST MDAT REMIS LIMS-EV MAL-EIT (EPUK, NGBMS, LPT) Readiness dashboards, modeling tools, and enterprise data warehouses
Required Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports. Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components. Secret Clearance
