We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

Project Manager

to be the driving force behind our strategic expansion. This pivotal role involves not only overseeing existing high impact projects but also identifying, planning, and leading new initiatives that increase our operational capacity and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, adept to managing complexity, building cross‑functional teams, and thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Project Manager Lead New Initiatives:

initiative, plan, and execute projects that align with organizational growth objectives, from conception through to completion.

Capacity Building & Resource Management:

analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements for greater productivity, and strategically allocate resources across multiple projects to maximize utilization & prevent bottlenecks.

Strategic Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, defining clear scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational vision.

Business Development & Relationship Management:

coordinate operational teams to translate contract requirements, market intelligence, and industry best practices into viable target operating models. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential stakeholders, partners including state & federal agencies and regulators.

Stakeholder Management:

act as key liaison, driving collaboration between internal cross‑functional teams (clinical, IT, operations, finance, etc.), external partners, state officials, and vendors to ensure clarity regarding information and requirements.

Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field, i.e. public health or healthcare administration, required.

At least 2 years of experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure within budget.

Understanding of project management methodologies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Schedule Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, with the ability to work outside of standard working hours.
