Is Hiring a Regional Property Manager in Omaha, Nebraska.

We are a top national company that owns and manages multifamily portfolios with a long-term investment strategy.

We seek an experienced leader to drive long-term success of our Omaha portfolio.

As Regional Property Manager, you’ll coach, develop onsite teams, and ensure operational excellence across multiple communities.

What We Offer

Pay range $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience and qualifications

Bonus potential $12,000 per year

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Execute monthly Move In and Renewal file audits

Walk properties and units regularly to monitor curb appeal, signage, project status, and improvement opportunities

Ensure all physical property inspections are performed—including critical and curb appeal

Coordinate site team meetings as needed

Coordinate on-site employee training, certification, and compliance

Partner with individual Property Managers on key duties and coaching

Capture tenant renewals at the highest rates possible

Leasing properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels per owner guidelines

Maintain current, accurate, relevant, legal marketing that has maximum effect

Collect all income and follow up on bad debt in accordance with MIMG policy

Ensure full site team adherence to all Monarch policies and best practices, including timecards, leases, License to Occupy, and standard forms

Support and partner with the Regional Manager in overseeing and managing the portfolio, including strategic income, expense, and net operating income initiatives, report reviews, resident complaint resolution, and additional assignments

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Relevant degree or equivalent formal training or certifications

5+ years experience in Multi-Family Housing as a Regional Property Manager or equivalent

Experience managing 30+ employees

Strong leadership style focused on team development and servant leadership

Intermediate technical proficiency: budgeting, Yardi, resident laws, fair housing, local market forces, maintenance processes

Proficient with property management software, Yardi preferred

Certifications Preferred

CAPS, ARM, RAM, CAM, CPM
