Project Manager / Estimator

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing customers, develop relationships with new customers and support prospects for new business.
Work collaboratively with Estimating, Programming, Purchasing and Operations to ensure lead time, quality and profitability targets for each awarded project/order are achieved.
Support all Quality Management System requirements along with specific customer requirements.
Ensure all proper job activation requirements are met.
Participate in daily Nitro Production Meetings and weekly Capacity Planning Sessions.
Oversee project to ensure quality of work and adherence to budget, timeline, and specifications.
Manage any required subcontractors to ensure Quality, Lead Time and Profitability levels are met, including verification of all subcontractor invoices.
Oversee contract billings, approve subcontractor and supplier invoices to assure proper and correct cost coding.
Review job cost reports to monitor progress compared to the estimate and prepare profit projections as the job progresses.
Perform all other duties as requested.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules, and conduct oneself always in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner as a representative of the Company.
Requirements
Previous experience in Estimating and Project Management for sheet metal processes.
Familiar with reading blueprints and have basic math skills.
Customer‑facing position, so strong customer interactions via email and verbal communication required.
Software skills: Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, Estimating software.
Knowledge of Trumpf equipment is a big plus.
