Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager manages and directs daily maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant, supervising the maintenance team, ensuring timely repair and preventive maintenance of equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and coordination with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience with mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is required.

Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and systems within the facility.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to avoid production delays.
Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and skilled trades.
Collaborate with production and engineering departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of maintenance processes and equipment.
Qualifications
Manager-level experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience.
Education: Associates.
