⚡ Director of Brokerage Operations

Seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale critical Broker‑Dealer operations.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
The Role You will own day‑to‑day Broker‑Dealer operational oversight while strengthening risk controls, regulatory compliance, and operational resiliency across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Broker‑Dealer operations including trade settlements, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and control risks.
Ensure ongoing compliance with SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory obligations.
Enhance workflows through process improvement, automation, and control design.
Partner closely with Clearing, Finance, AML, Compliance, Cash Management, and Stock Transfer.
Oversee audits, internal controls, and issue remediation.
Resolve complex trade breaks, discrepancies, and escalations with urgency and precision.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in Broker‑Dealer operations or operations control.
Deep knowledge of SEC / FINRA regulatory frameworks.
Strong experience with trade reconciliations, risk management, and compliance monitoring.
Hands‑on familiarity with DTCC, OCC, Bloomberg, or similar platforms.
Experience operating within an omnibus clearing model.
Detail‑oriented, highly analytical, and confident working cross‑functionally.
Discretionary performance‑based bonus.
