About the Team LINQ’s Revenue department drives our mission to empower K‑12 education. As storytellers and problem‑solvers, we build lasting partnerships with educators and administrators, helping them overcome challenges and achieve goals.

About the Position As a Business Development Representative, you will source prospects, develop opportunities, and create new business for our sales team. You will coordinate leads internally, work with Sales Executives to deliver high‑quality customer service, and collaborate with leadership to prioritize efforts against LINQ’s objectives. You will manage personalized reports and report progress to your manager.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing prospects, developing opportunities, and selling to small‑to‑medium sized business accounts.

Communicating with generated leads within a set timeline.

Working directly with sales teams to pass on qualified opportunities.

Developing a deep understanding of prospects through solution‑selling techniques.

Prospecting approximately 125 calls and 125 emails per week to generate new business.

Meeting or exceeding metrics as defined by Sales Leadership.

Strategizing with Account Executives weekly to determine priority accounts.

What We Are Looking For

Background in technology sales or lead generation.

Coachable, trainable, and ready for a software sales career.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong MS Office skills.

Desire to grow within the organization.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Location & Hours Position located in Austin, TX. Standard business hours within the Mountain Time Zone.
