Float MDS Coordinator
Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Float MDS Coordinator. The primary purpose of the Float MDS Coordinator is to maintain and process MDS data, resident medical records, and health information systems in accordance with state/federal requirements and the policies/goals of all facilities. This role is a key participant of the interdisciplinary team, assisting in ensuring quality of care, continuity of services, and individualized patient-centered plans and goals. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities
Assist multiple MDS Coordinators with patient assessments to determine health status, level of care, and any subsequent changes. Provide ongoing education. Update MDS manual as necessary. Travel required to various facilities. Qualifications
Current active RN, LPN, or MO licensure. MDS Coordinator experience. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and benefit guidelines.
