We're looking for a Project Manager / Estimator experienced in storefronts, curtain walls, and aluminium framing. This role oversees estimating, planning, procurement, and field execution to deliver glazing projects on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
Review drawings and prepare accurate estimates for glazing systems
Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
Oversee installation teams and ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Track progress across multiple projects and mitigate risks
Lead communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare documentation, change orders, and closeout materials
Requirements
Experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or aluminum framing
Strong ability to read architectural and shop drawings
Background in glazing estimating
Proven project management skillsKnowledge of codes, safety standards, and glazing practices
