Make a Difference — Lead With Heart and Purpose!
Do you enjoy helping teams stay organized, building a positive team culture, and creating systems that help staff thrive? Are you energized by supporting others, jumping in where needed, and helping a team feel connected and supported—even on the busiest days?
Nevada County Behavioral Health is excited to welcome a
Health Technician Supervisor
who will help shape our administrative and operational foundation across several offices. This role is perfect for someone who values teamwork, communication, humor, and high-quality service—and who wants their work to make a real difference.
We know that supporting behavioral health services can be complex, fast-paced, and deeply meaningful. That’s why we lead with compassion, collaboration, and clarity. If you’re the kind of supervisor who brings both steadiness and warmth to your team, you may be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and day-to-day support to Health Technicians across multiple Behavioral Health locations.
Serve as a working supervisor—jumping in to cover reception, documentation support, scheduling, phone coverage, and other administrative needs to keep the office running smoothly.
Build and maintain efficient workflows for documentation, communications, scheduling, and other operational processes that support high-quality client care.
Develop team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, professionalism, and kindness. Ensure consistency and quality across sites, helping staff feel connected even when working in different locations.
Partner with clinical supervisors and managers to remove barriers, improve cross-team communication, and ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.
Coordinate onboarding, ongoing training, and development opportunities for Health Technicians.
Support compliance with county procedures, privacy practices, and regulatory requirements.
Participate actively in team meetings, planning efforts, and program improvement initiatives.
