Responsibilities
Work with the Associate Director of the Data and Analytics team and maintain a KPI program that delivers actionable insights and provides leadership with clear visibility into strategic and operational performance.
Identify and consult with internal clients to drive the continuous improvement of our reporting and analytics offerings, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and business value.
Support all aspects of data and analytics for a Service Now process orchestration solution (leadership dashboards, operational dashboards, ad hoc needs).
Serve as a subject matter professional and go-to person for any spend analytics or operational reporting needs and support various ad hoc analyses and reporting, as needed.
Develop and implement reporting automation solutions to increase efficiency and streamline data delivery.
Contribute and help with special initiatives/projects, as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in procurement or business analyst function is required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience with reporting/analyzing large procurement/spend data sets across various data sources (such as ERP systems, P2P systems).
Strong proficiency with Excel and data tools (Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).
Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
